Nice and well‑maintained grounds, though the quiet is occasionally broken by birds, which is oddly pleasant.

Clean, spacious, and quiet, a real retreat, yet the lack of AC made summer nights uncomfortable. The only roof windows mean you can’t leave the door open when leaving the house because of possible rain (middle apartment), which makes the place even hotter. The fridge is small.
