The location is great, with nice lighting and an outdoor roof terrace. Unfortunately, the room was very dirty, the bathroom was filthy, and there was no water in the room.

It’s very convenient for getting around San Francisco by public transport. The room was fairly large and comfortable, with a coffee machine and fridge. The bathroom was big, a bit run‑down but acceptable. Parking is essential.

A charming, fully‑furnished little hotel in a perfect spot. The gentleman at reception was very kind. The only drawback is that the hot water takes a long time to arrive.
