The room was small but very charming and fully equipped, the furnishings were new, the bathroom was beautiful, and the staff were kind and welcoming, but there was a terrible sewage smell right in our room.

The rooms were very nice, newly renovated and fresh, the proximity to Gamla stan was a few minutes away, and the walk to the bus terminal and the harbor was convenient; nothing to complain about.

The place was really clean, the design was clever, and it was in a perfect spot, though there was no lift, which was clearly mentioned beforehand.

Everything was great—staff were super friendly and responded quickly even outside hours, nothing felt like a hassle, the room was beautiful with a perfect balcony, it was spotless, and the complimentary hand soaps and body wash were a nice touch; the location was perfect. The only downside was the stairs to the apartment, which were a struggle with a 25 kg suitcase—definitely not for the weak, but a good workout! Otherwise it was pretty perfect.
