“We won’t plan on staying there again”

The spot was great, but for the price it just didn’t justify the cost.

“Disappointing at best!”

We had a view overlooking the city of Prescott (facing north?) and it was lovely; we also liked that the room had a balcony—small enough for a chair but you could stand out there. Clearly, there was a lot of deferred maintenance in this dated and dingy room: light bulbs over the sink/mirror area were burnt out (horrible for shaving/make‑up), the carpet was old and bunched up, forming a ridge in the center of the room, and the king‑sized bed was worn out, forcing a roll towards the center. The most egregious offense was the black mold present in the tub area of the bathroom— it was even on the shower curtain! Staff were unapologetic regarding conditions as we booked and not directly with them. At $300/night, this stay was a ripoff. It was a last‑minute trip through Prescott and our normal hotels were booked solid. Had we not arrived so late and tired, we would not have stayed. Even if vouchers for food or spa were given, I would be reluctant to partake given the lack of care given to cleanliness and maintenance of this facility.

“BDay getaway”

The location was great, the staff friendly, and there was on‑site coffee and entertainment, but the room could use a facelift, the plumbing gurgles a bit, and the TV had poor reception.
