The property is large and spacious, rooms are very well sized, and the walk to Rue Antibes and the Promenade is easy; the only highlight was the limited parking, which worked out fine. The downside is the lack of a gym or spa—adding those could turn it into a resort‑like stay.

The location is great – just a 10‑minute walk to the beach and promenade. The breakfast, priced at 20 Euro per person, is plenty and very tasty. Parking is available on the property or on the street for a fee. The grounds are nice, though the place is a bit noisy.
