The property was very clean and the rooms were roomy, and it was a short walk to downtown, yet the extra cost in Moab didn’t feel justified compared to Gravity Haus in Truckee; the pool was off‑site behind the parking lot, the coffee shop was tiny with poor breakfast options that closed at 11 am and was overpriced, the workspace was inadequate, staff didn’t know what to recommend, there were no bike rentals, and the hotel offered little information about town activities, often requiring us to call reception by phone.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities needed for a few days, but the staff were almost nonexistent; only the front desk kids handed us a paper with a link to everything we needed.

“A good home base for doing a lot of activities in Moab.”

The room size was perfect, very clean and organized with plenty of light and amenities, but it faced Main Street, so street noise was loud all the time with a lot of semi‑truck traffic.

The design of the space felt modern, but the pool was separated from the hotel by a parking lot, which was odd; the floors were highly permeable so we could hear every movement above and next to us, making it hard to sleep, there was no microwave in the room so we had to use a communal one, and daily housekeeping was absent—overall it didn’t feel like a boutique hotel.
