Breakfast was excellent, yet the pool was broken when we arrived, which was a major let‑down since we had specifically chosen this hotel for its pool. The kids tried it, found it too cold, and had to leave. When I asked, staff said a repairman would arrive the next day, but they didn’t tell us at check‑in; instead they just pointed out the pool’s location. A room discount would have helped, but none was offered. It’s frustrating that they seem more focused on money than on customer satisfaction.
