“Für 3-4 Tage ok ansonsten eher etwas besseres buchen..”

The place was conveniently located near a 7/11, but otherwise pretty average. I stayed four days and kept asking for fresh towels and clean sheets; the linen only got changed on the final day and the towels never arrived. Breakfast was awful – every morning they served just toast, a brownie and strawberry jam with butter, and I don’t even like jam, so it felt like a joke.

Breakfast. Air con needed cleaning as was making me feel sick The door didn’t lock properly and would open if pushed even when in locked position. Pipe under sink in bathroom kept falling off Everything else was good My personal information was shared with a fake travel agent scamming scheme as I received a letter in the mail shortly after arriving home

“Helemaal niet goed”

Guests seem to think they have to clear everything out of the room as soon as they leave, using the excuse that it’s a one‑star hotel. The whole place was filthy and unhygienic.

The beds were extremely comfortable. In our room the air‑conditioning broke and kept leaking, eventually leaving huge puddles on the floor, and the front desk did very little after we reported it. The night‑shift staff member was upright and helpful, so she’s exempt from this low rating, but her colleague was disastrous – when we asked for towels in the evening to deal with the problem ourselves, we were treated rudely and only after a long argument were handed two dirty towels stained with marks and hair. I know it’s a budget‑friendly spot, but paying any amount should at least guarantee courteous service and a decent towel when the accommodation causes issues.
