“ottimo soggiorno”

We stayed for four days in this accommodation and appreciated everything: good air conditioning, location and view of the hills and surrounding villages, both sweet and savory breakfast (the savory prepared on the spot was highly praised) in the restaurant below the rooms, a bathroom equipped with everything needed, and the short distance to many of the Roman Castles’ towns, good room cleanliness. If we ever return to the Roman Castles area, this room will still be our first choice. Compliments, keep it up! No negatives.

The room was modern, spotless, well organized, with comfortable beds and a spacious, functional bathroom; the host was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was abundant and tasty. Overall, a great stay at a great property.

“Per una sosta sui colli romani”

The location is excellent, just a stone's throw from Ariccia and Lake Nemi, and the large, video‑monitored parking is perfect for motorbike travelers like us; the welcome was friendly, the information about the area and the hotel precise, and the room offered an exceptional panoramic view of Ariccia. The room was immaculate, fully equipped, with a nice climate control, and the breakfast included delicious croissants among other treats. Highly recommended, though I wish I could have stayed a few more days.

The room was medium‑sized, with a fridge and a full bathroom. Breakfast was served in the downstairs lounge, both sweet and savory. The private, fenced parking area was monitored and conveniently close to Genzano and Ariccia. Upon entering, we noticed a strange odor that lingered whenever we went into the room—perhaps smoke from previous guests or a bathroom vent issue. The door handles on the room and bathroom seemed to stay stuck, always in the down position.
