The staff were attentive and the coffee was great. On the downside, the pools were dirty, the pool area bathroom had no hot water and smelled bad, and the persistent push to buy a hotel share was awful.

The breakfast was very good and the location is great. However, when I checked my booking, parking was listed as included, but the front desk told me I would have to pay for it.

The coffee was great, the service was excellent and the location convenient, but they charged for parking, the facilities felt outdated and the jacuzzi lacked an alarm or automatic shut‑off for the motors.
