The place wasn’t cleaned at all, the bathroom clogged the pipes, and despite the no‑smoking policy the whole hotel and my room reeked of marijuana; they never changed towels or sheets, didn’t make the beds, and the property really should be removed from listings.

I had a truly unpleasant experience at this hotel, starting with the manager's unfriendly demeanor. Despite this, I would consider staying here again, though I was unfairly asked to leave with my kids. Unfortunately, the front desk staff didn't quite live up to my expectations.

I want to give credit to the front desk host, who helped me secure a great room, number 129, after I initially wasn't satisfied with room 126. However, I was a bit frustrated with the incomplete information provided in my reservation, including a deposit and other requirements, which was arranged through a third-party.
