The environment feels family‑friendly, the people are wonderful and attentive, the location is good, and the room we were transferred to was spacious and nice. However, the breakfast is somewhat lacking for a hotel, I had an issue with my first room because it was extremely cold, and La Paz is the coldest city I’ve stayed in Bolivia; a heater is needed in every room. I felt -7 °C in Yuni and only 1 °C in La Paz.

The spot is great, just a 10‑minute walk from the bus terminal and 15 minutes from the central cable‑car station, and it’s also convenient for those flying into El Alto Airport because you can catch a taxi or Uber without getting stuck in the city’s chaotic traffic. The room’s cleanliness could have been better, and the breakfast was basic, like most in Bolivia; even though they advertised card payments, I ended up paying with cash.

They did not accept the payment specified in the booking; they didn't like that I am a Genius user and have a discount. I couldn't check in.
