The location was amazing, central for most MRT lines and within walking distance to Taipei Main Station and Ximending. The room itself was cozy but perfect for a central city area, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We didn’t have any negatives from our stay at Relax 5.

Very close to the main station, easy to get there from the Airport, also close to a lot of sights like ximending. Super friendly staff, complementary coffee and water refill station. Rooms were small but clean and modern

J'ai adoré mon séjour . L'emplacement est parfait avec plusieurs moyens de transports au alentours. J'ai trouvé la chambre de taille parfaite pour un séjour de quelques jours et tout était très confortable . Les équipements étaient au top également . Enfin le personnel était très gentil et à l'écoute

The room was spotless and the bedding super comfy, everything was just right. The location was spot‑on, with plenty of cafés and massage parlours nearby. Overall a great stay, I’ll definitely come back! The water pressure was a bit low, and on the last day when I went to pick up my luggage the front desk was empty—seemed like the staff were doing a room sweep, so I had to wait a while. A bunch of other guests were also waiting for their bags, so if you’re rushing for a train you might feel a little impatient; it would help if someone was always at the desk or if they didn’t leave for too long. Everything else was fine and the front desk staff were all very friendly.
