“Amazing location, nice stuff, bad water”
The location is great, the food is very good, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable; the hotel has two lovely restaurants and the staff are friendly and welcoming. However, the noise from children was quite disturbing, the water quality was very poor, and the laundry service was a nightmare—my clothes were handed over for washing and ironing two days before departure but didn’t return until midnight the night before I left, causing me unnecessary stress and delaying my packing. I was very disappointed with how this was handled.
