Friendly staff and a pleasant entrance with beautiful views made the check‑in smooth, and the pool was a nice touch—though it got hot at night because the patio door was left open. The location is unbeatable, earning a 10/10 for convenience, and the price feels fair for the quality. On the downside, the room’s A/C was only average, staying slightly warm day and night, and the hotel’s own A/C was barely on, making the lobby humid and hot. I even found a few dead roaches in the room, heard a noisy toilet leak, and noticed a vent fan cover hanging half off the ceiling.

“Bang-for-your-buck, “home base””
We needed a place to stay for a day/night in Kemah after a few days in Galveston but didn’t want to overspend. This hotel was reasonably priced and I was actually impressed with the room size and the free breakfast—couldn’t have hoped for a better result for this price range. Thank you! The only issue was that we couldn’t check in as early as we’d hoped and had to sit in the car for an hour in the parking lot waiting.
