The hotel is very pretty, featuring a central courtyard with a colonial‑style pool, warm and picturesque. Its location is excellent, very close to the Plaza de Armas, and the lunches were very good. The basic facilities need more upkeep; our bathroom emitted a bad toilet odor, and the national TV channels were distorted. The breakfast was very basic and the coffee was terrible. It could be improved.

Well situated, the room had good sheets, cool linens, and pillows. The reception staff and bellhops were A‑1. The bed was a bit hard, and there were not enough towels.
