Everything was excellent.

The staff were professional and very welcoming. Breakfast was great and the location was perfect. The bike service let us enjoy Poetto, and the beach service was included in the stay. The air‑conditioner was a bit noisy, but we slept fine.

The Nautilus Hotel was very clean, with rooms, all facilities, and the garden in top shape. Breakfast was good, something for everyone. The pool was clean and well‑maintained, and everyone was very friendly. The proximity to the sea was fantastic. On our early morning departure we skipped the To‑Go breakfast box, but we would have liked a cup of coffee. No one was at the reception or the breakfast area. We left our room key at the desk. When we went out for a taxi, a staff member from the other side of the street approached us with a cup of coffee… a shame.
