“Jederzeit wieder”

This place is extremely extraordinary, not luxury but truly lovable. We were very pleasantly surprised: horses and chickens roam free, a large vegetable garden supplies the restaurant, there are three pools, the dinner was excellent and inexpensive, the best bread on our trip through Portugal – as Austrians we can appreciate that. The only downside is the drive, about 3 km on an unpaved and really bad road. That’s really the only negative.

It’s a nice family‑run place with a lovely restaurant. The room was very dark, small and depressing – a traditional Quinta style. It was infested with mosquitoes when I went to bed and I had to request a special anti‑mosquito device (all rooms are right by the fish pond, which isn’t ideal with the mosquitoes). The shower takes 10 minutes to warm up in the morning, nobody informs you about that upon arrival, and there’s no sign on the taps indicating hot or cold water… a bit of an error and trial thing… :)

“Es war perfekt in jeder Hinsicht ❣️”

A small paradise in harmony with nature. Beautiful! All the animals – horses, cats, dogs, chickens, and chicks – roam free, not to forget the frogs in the pond – simply wonderful! The accommodation is very nicely furnished and spacious, as is the bathroom. The main house is very cozy, you feel very comfortable. Don’t forget the three pools with comfortable loungers. Yoga or a massage – everything is possible. Bicycles are available and we also offer horseback riding. A place to relax and let your soul unwind.
