We loved our stay at Rondador Cotopaxi; the staff, especially Fernando, were super friendly and we felt well taken care of all the time. The food was excellent, we enjoyed a lovely dinner and an outstanding breakfast, and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, and we ate supper there where the food turned out to be good; the spot itself is great, offering a clear view of Cotopaxi volcano, and the facilities feel like a cozy hostel but still nice. The downside was that the toilet in the bathroom off the dining area wouldn't flush, which was awkward to deal with in the morning.

Fernando arranged a Cotopaxi tour for a fair price and let us leave our bags for a few days; when we came back he made sure we caught the right bus at the right time. The rooms were noisy, but earplugs really helped.
