I liked that it was close to the city. I didn’t like the room: it was smelly, the washroom was unclean with no tissue provided, the TV was not installed (I could see the wiring but no TV), the bed sheet was dirty, food was not provided, and there was no hot water in the shower. The worst hotel experience ever.

I didn’t actually stay at Ambrish Hotel, but after checking in I noticed a bad odor and a filthy washroom. I didn’t say anything to reception, and when I requested a refund they deducted a thousand rupees. I have never seen such a horrible hotel.

The bathroom was awful, the AC didn’t work, and there was a strong cigarette odor in the room. The washroom was filthy, the restaurant wasn’t open, and there were no food options available.

The staff were friendly and polite, but the building needs significant repairs and a renovation. The elevator should be upgraded, the bathrooms need improvement, and the food fell short of expectations.
