The property itself was nice, but the staff were not very welcoming.

The location and calm atmosphere were nice, but the staff spoke only Chinese and didn’t use translators, coming off as cold. There was no safe in the rooms, bathrooms weren’t cleaned daily, linens weren’t changed when needed, no luggage assistance, the breakfast menu was repetitive with little variation, and the small bar offering tea and coffee wasn’t restocked daily in the rooms. When I arrived, I had to clean the drawer myself because it was dirty from previous guests.

The hotel cancelled our reservation without respecting our booking, claiming they would refund us but nothing has been done yet, so I’ll be taking this to the court and the Jordanian tourism office.

The location is excellent, showers are available in the washroom, and many Halal restaurants are nearby; it’s also very close to the Yiwu trade market.
