The location was good, but the communal area desperately needed a makeover. The floors were dusty and my white socks turned concrete gray after mopping. While the rooms blocked outside noise well, internal chatter was a problem: loud voices in the late afternoon and evening, quiet for a bit, then noise resumed early in the morning—unclear if from guests, a permanent family, a tenant, or the manager’s quarters. A food‑related smell lingered in the corridors but was tolerable. Breakfast was limited and very basic, yet enough. The façade displayed two stars, which I think matched the overall quality. It was only an overnight stay, so I’m not sure I’d stay longer.

The location is excellent with a great panoramic view. The rooms are pretty clean and the staff are friendly, so I can only recommend it.

“Great stay, nice view of valley, very comfortable. Nice balcony giving on main road and valley.”

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very responsive, immediately giving us the missing soap. It’s within walking distance to perfumeries and the old town; even though the road can be noisy, closing the double doors blocks all the sound. The only downside was that coffee in the room required an extra payment.

The location was perfect, close to the old historic centre, the perfumeries within walking distance, as well as cafés, shops and restaurants. The hotel could benefit from some upgrading on the exterior
