The staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and did everything they could; the property had just been refurbished, was spotless, and surprisingly quiet even though it’s in the city center.

The room was quiet, close to the station, and the accommodations were good; the area below has nice cafés, making it a good spot for a beer or snacks in the evening.

The staff were warm and welcoming, the bedding was comfortable, the shower gels were from 'Occitane en Provence', the sound‑proof windows kept the noise down despite the busy street, and the breakfast was good but lacked waffles because I had lunch at 9:30; there was a fair amount of dust under the bed even though the room was otherwise clean, the bathroom was cramped with the toilet too close to the sink cabinet, and the reception area had a strong perfume scent (rose?).
