I booked through Booking and the rooms were fine, but Booking turned out to be a scam— they claimed to upgrade the room for 3000 ₽ yet nothing changed and the staff didn’t even know what an upgrade meant, so Booking effectively took about 3000 ₽. The room itself was normal and clean. I’d advise not to use Booking; call the hotel directly instead.

The staff are pleasant, rooms are tidy and clean. On the ground floor there’s a café with reasonable prices and tasty food. The windows can’t be opened at night, so it’s noisy, and there’s no air‑conditioning.

Clean linens, decent staff, and a clean room. It was also convenient that the building has a café and a street playground for kids.
