“Siamo stati bene, ma qualcosa va attenzionato”

The building is clean, full of amenities, and the staff is very welcoming. However, the staff were disorganized; everyone had a different opinion. Some said the shuttle to the beach could be booked that same morning, while others insisted it had to be booked in advance because there was no space. Terrifyingly, the shower tub was full of hair and grime, and while you were showering your feet ended up submerged. A little maintenance and attention would fix it.

“Maratea is een gezellig, oud stadje”

I found the hotel clean and the Italian breakfast good, and it was nice to have an on‑site pool, but the music was annoyingly loud. The private beach was only available for a €10 fee under the guise of “hotel service.”

“Non è bello ma piace.”

The location, the stunning view, the shuttle service, and the friendly staff were all great. The room felt old‑fashioned, the double bed was made of two single mattresses and uncomfortable, there was no minibar, it didn’t live up to a 4‑star rating, and the breakfast items could have been better.

“Di grand c’è solo il nome”

Pagare centinaia di euro per un pernottamento e ritrovarsi a dormire con le molle del materasso conficcate nelle costole è davvero vergognoso. La camera era decadente e obsoleta ( mancano le prese accanto al letto mancano le prese in bagno illuminazione scarsa e tv praticamente microscopica) brutta alla vista e poco piacevole. Terribile la palestra composta da due vecchi attrezzi in croce, assenza aria condizionata / asciugamani/ acqua. Corridoi con moquette lurida e macchiata ovunque. Ho molta apprezzato invece la zona piscina da cui si gode di una bellissima vista e Buona la prima colazione. Ultima navetta dal mare alle ore 18 impossibile quindi godersi un tramonto. Complessivamente se puntata ad avere confort nella stanza è assolutamente da evitare almeno per la versione di standard economy ( che di economy ha solo il nome costando appunto centinaia di euro!) Personale delle pulizie molto carino , non altrettanto alla reception
