The room was modern and clean. The location was excellent, close to the train station and the main street. Mateo was always attentive to help. I recommend it.

The location was perfect, but the noise from 21:00 to 3:00 a.m. was unacceptable and it needs to be sound‑proofed at all costs. The place and the staff were very good.

The only bright spot was the great location right in the city centre, near the main pedestrian street and the promenade. Unfortunately, that single advantage can’t cover the terrible standard, misleading room description, and awful noise in the evenings. I strongly advise against staying here. We booked a Double Superior Room advertised with a sea view and a coffee machine, but neither was present. After we complained, the host panicked and removed those amenities from the listing, proving it was a scam. In our “Superior” room, there was no cleaning or towel replacement throughout our stay; the trash was overflowing. When we asked, the host shockingly demanded an extra cleaning fee. The noise in the evenings was enormous because the property is in the city centre, making it impossible to rest. Breakfast details were also hidden – the hotel has no breakfast room. We were given plastic tokens by the owner and forced to walk to a cafe down the street for a poor, sweet‑only breakfast. Avoid this place.

The location is great, the host is friendly, and the apartment is beautiful, but it gets very noisy at night because the glass containers are emptied in the middle of the night in the historic center.
