The location is fine, but the room feels very enclosed and there are many infrastructure details that could be improved; the noise is excessive, with all the movements of blinds and workers audible.

We had a horrible night with drunken neighbors who threw a party, made a lot of noise, and even fought for hours into the night. We complained at reception but nothing was done; we asked for a room change but it didn't happen, so we spent a terrible night. The management is responsible for the safety and order of guests, and these intoxicated, aggressive people posed a threat. They need to take responsibility and accept the low rating for their lack of respect toward other visitors.

The location is really good, but the room has no window, so you can hear everything people say in the hallway, it's dark, the sheet is tiny and thin, the pillows aren't comfortable, and toiletries like shampoo, rinse, and cream are missing.
