Very good hotel with great service. Highly recommended, especially for the kindness and good attention from Eyüp during my stay. I will definitely come back in the future.

According to my booking I was supposed to receive the best and largest room with an external view. Instead I was given a small attic room under very poor hygienic conditions. It was obviously a smoking room, and the odor was unbearable. The room smelled strongly of smoke and drainage and was overall in very bad condition, far from what I expected based on my booking. Also the breakfast was disappointing.
