The location is great, just a short walk from Earls Court Tube, rooms are comfy and fully equipped, breakfast was excellent, but there was no bedside table on the left side of the bed.

Staff were super friendly, the room was roomy and tidy, and the hotel was near all the main spots, but there were no lunch or dinner choices on site.

The bar service was excellent, thanks to Daniel. For almost three days I couldn't purchase anything at the tiny supermarket because the system was down; it would have been better to have another cash register, which was very inconvenient. The armchairs in the lobby were very basic, the microwave in room 907 didn't work, but the breakfast was good and the staff were very nice.

Close to Earls Court tube, Westfields, Kensington High Street, and a big Tesco beside it, the place cleaned nicely and the housekeepers were very helpful, but the rooms were cramped, the breakfast never changed and after a few days it got exhausting.
