The site was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the linens were nice, yet the breakfast didn't impress; the lady in charge of the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful.

The location was convenient for a stop in Sudbury when heading east, there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and we had a lot in the vehicle so we chose a main‑floor room that let us bring it in through the patio door.

The person who checked us in was great and managed to fit us in despite an online booking issue. The bed was too worn and sagged in the middle, causing stiffness the next morning.
