The overall look and the bathroom were fine. My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room was small and faced directly onto an inner courtyard, with very little natural light, giving it a nearly blind‑folded feel. On the last day, the cleaning ladies only came around 5 p.m. When I returned, it was unpleasant to find the room still unprepared at that hour. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with my stay. Given the room price, I expected a higher level of service and quality. A regrettably disappointing experience.

The location was spot‑on for the metro, bars, art district, and restaurants, and it felt very safe and convenient. The only downside was that you can’t grab a cup of coffee without paying for the full breakfast, unless you brew it in your room.

“Lovely hotel in convenient location”

The beds were super comfy, the room stayed quiet, the shower was great, and the breakfast was lovely. Traveling with two kids, we felt very safe in the hotel and the neighborhood, and the staff were wonderful.
