“Una autèntica estafa”
I was blown away by the room size, but the rest was a nightmare. The pictures on the site were completely misleading; the place looked like a resort but turned out to be a shabby, neglected spot that didn’t match the ads at all, leaving me feeling totally deceived. The location is awful, lost in the middle of nowhere and far from everything, so if you’re thinking about booking, double‑check the exact spot or you’ll regret it. The bathroom was a horror show, covered in mold and crawling with lizards that seemed to be part of the décor. The pool was another lie: in photos it looked huge and impressive, but in reality it was a shallow puddle that couldn’t fit more than four people. The area was teeming with cats, and because the water was stagnant and maintenance was lacking, we saw “dragons of comfort” and other animals everywhere, turning the place into more of a zoo than a hotel. The situation was so unpleasant that we only stayed for one night, preferring to lose the money than stay longer. When we tried to check out, the reception was closed and there was no one to help or even greet us. I would never return and would not recommend it to anyone. If you want a place that looks like the photos, this is not it.
