Nothing good. The issue wasn’t resolved; the staff member, Mr. Eriberto Morales Mauricio (ID sent, number 50231399473), claimed there was no reservation under my name. I’m asking for a refund. They refused to accept me because they didn’t send a confirmation, so I had to book another cabin. I need the information to claim my money back.

Everything was bad. It was a disaster: they didn’t honor a reservation made six months ahead, left us stranded on the street, and we had to find another place to stay. We were heading to a sporting event, so the area was full of people.

Booking didn’t alert the venue of my arrival, and when I showed up they said I had no reservation. The app didn’t notify them of any booking.
