The room had no outside noise, and the welcome was fine, but the breakfast was almost non‑existent, there was no shower gel, no trash bin in the bathroom, and the cleaning could use improvement.

The sheets were clean, the air‑conditioning worked, and the bottled water in the fridge was good, yet I booked on 9 May 2025 for two people for two nights (2 and 3 July 2025) at a price of 126 € for a "deluxe" room with parquet floor, a jacuzzi bath, and individual hygiene items, which promised free breakfast and early check‑in and late check‑out. The standard check‑in window was 16:30‑21:30, so I requested 14:00 check‑in in the booking; the manager replied that it was too early that same day and said "we'll see," but I never received any follow‑up. We arrived at the property on 2 July around 14:30, parked 15 m from the corner of the street, and rang the bell with no answer. At 14:46 I texted the owner via WhatsApp, reminding her of my earlier request and that the outside temperature was 40 °C. At 16:45, while still waiting in the car, I got a reply that she had just seen my message and that she thought I would call. We finally entered the property around 17:00. She quickly showed us the room and asked us to send travel documents via WhatsApp from my phone because hers was broken, then left. When we tried to use the bathroom, we found the advertised jacuzzi was non‑functional and there was no shampoo or body soap. The "free breakfast" consisted of a small croissant and a coffee capsule per person per day (see photo), entirely dependent on the manager’s mood, as she herself claims.

The triple room was set up with a camping‑style mattress, the fridge was off even though it was 38 °C outside, there was a bottle of tap water in the dresser, the hair dryer was shared with three other rooms, and the double bed was very uncomfortable.
