The location is perfect right next to the Château de Chaumont, and Corinne and Stéphane welcomed us warmly. The scenery along the Loire banks is stunning, even with very little water, and the room itself is charming and comfortable.

The hosts at the gîte are extremely welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. They offered us great suggestions for tours, routes, and restaurants both in Chaumont and during our bike trips around the Loire castles.

We were greeted with a warm welcome and stayed in a large, clean, comfortable room that was tastefully furnished. The breakfast was generous, and the hosts were lovely, attentive, and available, giving us advice on possible site visits and restaurant addresses.

The reception was friendly, the atmosphere convivial, and the proximity to Château de Chaumont and the view of the Loire were highlights, as was the breakfast and the spaciousness of the room. The bathtub was not suitable for showers.
