“Ganz okay aber muss nicht unbedingt ein zweites Mal sein”

The location is nice, the terrace cozy, parking free, rooms spacious, staff very friendly, top‑grade wines 👍🏼. The half‑board isn’t worth it; the food isn’t local, it’s cold, portions tiny, not tasty at all. There are several nearby restaurants that serve excellent dishes. The pastries at breakfast were a bit dry and bread baskets would be handy.

The hot breakfast is made fresh on the spot, no waste, high quality; I’d have liked a slightly wider selection of sweets.

Most of the staff were very friendly, helpful, kind and courteous. Breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable; at the table we could order various tasty dishes that arrived promptly, hot and good. Coffee or cappuccino were flavorful, a variety of juices and water were always available. Fresh, tasty pastries were in abundance, and the regional honey was a real delight. The morning newspaper gave us new ideas and experiences every day, and the staff could also provide various excursion tips. Dinner was very varied, with mostly regional dishes that were tasty and delicious. We could often choose between a few dishes (meat, fish, vegetarian), so everyone found something. The rooms were small and cozy, they had everything we needed for our holiday. Towels and coats were always replaced if we wanted. The spa was clean, spacious and not crowded. It had something for everyone. Unfortunately, I didn’t find our arrival warm or friendly. We were rushed because that day the gala dinner was happening and we weren’t informed that we were to be at the table at 19:00. The hotel and other customs were not explained or were explained incorrectly by the gentleman at reception. Too bad. The rooms were cleaned, but there is still room for improvement. What was very disappointing were the dinner times. We had to be at the table between 18:30‑20:00. During the holidays we like to take our time, so we were mostly at the table at 19:40. That meant we were often forgotten and received partly dry dishes that were kept warm. The buffet (cheese, dessert) was often almost empty and wasn’t refilled, despite inquiries about certain foods. The staff told us that the dining area had to be cleared by 21:30 so they could set the tables for breakfast. That’s not our problem. We had our loyal four‑legged companion with us. It was said that he was not allowed in the restaurant. However, we had to go through the restaurant and thus the buffet every day to get to the room/exit.

“Sehr schön”

The room was very nice and spacious, the view and balcony beautiful. The wellness area was small but nice. The staff (mostly) were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The hearty South Tyrolean cuisine was a bit heavy for the hot temperatures. A few evenings the staff/servers apparently forgot to serve the next course in our area, and were busy with other tasks, so we (and other guests) couldn’t get their attention.
