Herry’s location was very convenient for my needs in Chiang Mai, just a bit north of the centre; the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and a good deal—this was my third stay in a few months, which says everything. Nothing stood out as a problem, and since I’ve stayed here several times, everything matched my expectations. If you want to hit the city centre at night, you’ll probably need a ride.

The rooms were a highlight of our stay - they were well-maintained, clean, and tidy, with good quality bed linen and towels. We were a bit disappointed to find out that breakfast wasn't available, but there were plenty of other options in the city centre to make up for it.

The hotel's location is a major plus, with public transport just a 10-minute ride away from Chiang Mai's city center. There are plenty of restaurants, markets, and shops within walking distance, making it easy to grab a bite or do some shopping. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the pillows were a bit too firm, but we managed to swap them for softer ones.
