The climate, hot water, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. The doorbell rang all the way to the room and kept me from sleeping, and the parking was a few blocks away with a limited time cover instead of throughout the stay.

Only the location is good. The room was very small, uncomfortable, with a hard mattress and a bad odor in the bathroom. Street noise and hotel noise could be heard.
