The hotel is close to the airport, the room was very clean, and the staff were polite and helpful, but the bathroom felt a bit small.

The location is very close to the airport, just 3min by car, and the friendly staff prepared a take‑away breakfast for us because we were catching an early flight; the room was clean with a comfortable bed, and a convenience store and restaurant are nearby. The shower knob is in bad condition and water only runs against the wall.

La chambre est très belle, propre et confortable. Après plusieurs jours à profiter de Raja Ampat, c’est exactement le genre d’endroit où l’on apprécie de retrouver confort, calme et bien-être. Le personnel est accueillant, réactif et vraiment au top : toujours disponible et attentionné pour rendre le séjour agréable. L’emplacement est également un vrai plus, à proximité de l’aéroport, ce qui est particulièrement pratique

“Parfait pour une nuit de transit”

The room was clean with perfect equipment, and the hotel is close to the airport (10min on foot). The breakfast, however, was disappointing for a hotel that should be 4‑star.

“Disappointed with false promises”

Location near airport. Big breakfast options. They still have not reimbursed me for the night they charged . We arrived a day early because of a flight change. They said they couldn’t change the date on the same day. But not to worry if I paid the night in cash and applied for free cancellation on booking they would make sure I get the creditcard charge back for the unused night. I have been contacting them ever since and hear nothing. They lied and stole a night of accomodation fees
