The welcome was excellent and the place was very quiet.

The breakfast and room size were positives. However, upon arrival there were no disabled parking spots outside, and the underground parking supposedly had an elevator at level -2 (useful for disabled people), but level -2 was off limits except for Ferraris, so the elevator was unusable. When leaving for dinner, the trash cans in the middle of the parking exit forced me to use the entrance lane, which had a difficult exit when turning left between lane separators and the sidewalk (my wheel rim suffered damage against the curb). The room window did not open.

Breakfast and evening menu were very good! This is the second time we’ve visited—still as pleasant and comfortable as ever, and the décor is fantastic!

The location was perfect for exploring the old town, the staff were friendly and professional, the room was spacious and clean, and the setting was stunning. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect.
