The house and surroundings are gorgeous, and both Laura and Davide are perfect hosts. The breakfast is spectacular, featuring km‑0 and local products. The room is huge, as is the bathroom. “Bellissimo podere in mezzo al verde”

The property is very well maintained, with a huge garden, clean, welcoming, and spacious rooms (high praise for the very comfortable bed). The bathroom is clean and well equipped; in the room we used, the shower was very large and nice. The two owners are extremely kind and willing to accommodate guests’ needs. Breakfast is mostly homemade with plenty of seasonal fruit and cakes, and the juices are truly amazing, available for purchase as well. Bonus points for the beautiful dog, which is kept at a distance if someone is afraid, unlike us. The location is convenient for nearby beaches, but a car is needed.

Impeccable welcome: the two very sweet managers are extremely attentive and helpful. The room is spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, served in the garden: since the property has only two rooms, it is prepared personally based on your preferences, with natural, high‑quality products. Highly recommended! If I return to the Misano circuit, I will definitely stay here again.

Nice fully refurbished facilities on a lovely piece of land : nicely decorated rooms, olive trees, the breakfast and heartfelt hospitality of the hosts
