Nothing positive; there was no elevator, so a first‑floor room couldn’t be accommodated. We were moved to an adjacent property, which took a long time, and no one helped with our bags. The new property had no AC in the halls or elevators, making it extremely hot, and the staff there were uninformed and rude.

Breakfast and the staff were fine, but the room was musty and we didn’t get housekeeping services; the elevator didn’t work.

Breakfast was solid, especially the omelette station that everyone seemed to love, but the lifts were out for the entire stay, which was just unfortunate.

The location was convenient and the room was clean and comfortable, yet when I checked in the front desk said my room wasn’t paid for, so I had to use my card again and they were unhelpful; the morning staff fixed the issue, but the elevator was out of order on the second floor.

I have a bad back and the elevators broke on the first day, and on top of that they charged us for parking, which is ridiculous.
