“Walla with potential, poorly managed”

I was initially impressed with the spacious room, but unfortunately, it was let down by several issues. The bed was one of the worst I've ever slept in, and the towels were laughably small, measuring only 25 cm x 25 cm. Communication was also a problem, as there was no English support available in the evenings. Additionally, the ventilation was poor, and the services were exposed without any privacy. The shower and toilets were transparent, and we didn't even get access to fresh water.

“Will never book through booking .com”

I had a surprisingly pleasant experience despite the initial issues. The property cancelled my booking at the last minute, but they promptly refunded my money. However, I was left with a lot of trouble to deal with, and I found the whole situation to be quite frustrating.

“Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis völlig unangemessen”

I was pleased with the friendly reception staff, but unfortunately, my stay was let down by the cleanliness of my room. Although it was cleaned during my stay, it needed a thorough deep clean. There were strange stains on the walls, excessive dust, and even found pills and hair under the bed and table. The air conditioning unit was constantly humming, and I could hear the elevator noise throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep.

“Great Couples Hotel”

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the room was clean and quiet. The hotel's location was also convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby. However, I did find it a bit surprising that the hotel catered more towards couples, with complimentary condoms in the bathroom. While our family wasn't offended, it was a bit of a warning sign.
