The place was pretty clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location works well for solo travelers or families, and the food spots were within a short walk. Pickleball courts lay to the north and a massive bowling alley/arcade sat to the east. However, the room lacked any real comfort zone; the single chair had a hard seat, could swivel but not pivot, and felt like a straight flat plank. The mattress was rock‑hard, making sleep impossible and even eating at the rolling table felt like sitting on a plank. If I had nothing to do and stayed past checkout, I’d have chosen another hotel for the next night because it hurt my back. Those two issues were the only problems; the staff were great, and the room met basic needs like sleeping and showering, but I’d likely stay elsewhere next time.

The spot was convenient, but the water was turned off for a leak about 15 minutes while I was showering. I called the front desk and the man who answered knew exactly what was going on, but they didn’t inform guests beforehand. Checkout isn’t until 12:00 pm, yet on the day we left, cleaning staff entered the room multiple times starting at 10 am. I told them we’d be leaving at noon, but they kept coming back and walking in.
