Occasionally the water pressure was low, and in the room there was a price list for dry goods indicating what was free and what cost extra.

The staff were very friendly, kind, and supportive, yet the Wi‑Fi was unreliable in my room and I couldn't use it. The water heater failed and bathroom pressure was weak, making me uneasy in Room 401; the staff moved me to Room 301, where things improved a lot.
