We stayed at Cinnamon Bangkok Hotel for 8 nights. The location was good, although not perfect. We were a little disappointed because the hotel and surroundings looked quite different from the pictures online compared to the actual place. The check‑in process was also a bit unpleasant and did not go as smoothly as we expected. At times, we felt that some of the staff were quite rushed in their interactions with us, which made the service feel less welcoming and attentive than we had hoped. The room itself was comfortable and had a nice, cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major concern during our stay. There was a lot of dust on the windows, around the room, and on the balcony. We also noticed that the room did not seem to be cleaned properly. For example, some empty plastic bags we had left near the dustbin remained there for several days without being removed. Another concern was that almost every morning we woke up with small bumps on our skin that looked like insect bites. We cannot confirm whether these were bed bugs, but it made us uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the bedding and room. Regarding the restaurant, unfortunately, the food was not very pleasant for us and did not meet our expectations. We also felt that the overall restaurant experience could be improved, especially in terms of service and attentiveness. Overall, while we appreciated the comfortable and cozy room and the fairly convenient location, the cleanliness, food quality, check‑in process, and overall service need improvement. We hope the hotel takes this feedback positively and works on these areas to provide a better experience for future guests.

“Solid stay in chatuchat area”

Comfortable bed, nice shower, good atmosphere. It was not in a central location but if you use any kind of transport you should be just fine

“Cheap but needs a facelift !”

Staff friendly and helpful, especially when there were maintenance issues they were dealt with immediately. Some good facilities including a laundry and good food for breakfast. We stayed in the executive suite which was roomy and comfortable. The room was a little tired and the pool was not really accessible as we had to walk through reception and the restaurant area! It could all do with a little updating. Nice 7‑Eleven close by.

It’s a small‑scale hotel with a nice pool area, a decent breakfast though we would have liked a bit more sweetness, and a spacious room; unfortunately we found unwanted guests—cockroaches—in our room.
