Nothing special! The hallway is noisy – people in the corridor feel like they’re in the room, and you can see the light through the doors, making it hard to sleep. The air‑conditioning is not adjustable, so the room stays cold.

Very well maintained and clean, but I had a hard time checking in. It was my first time using that method and I struggled because of my lack of experience.

The location is nice, just steps from a metro station and close to Gran Vía and Plaza de España. When I booked on Booking, I didn’t notice that the bathroom and toilet were on the landing; the photos are very misleading! Also, I received an email telling me to check in early to make the morning of our departure easier!!! The doors open with a phone, but there was no connection that evening when we got back and we had a lot of trouble opening the doors with the codes we received, and there was no reception to help! The virtual assistant didn’t assist us either.

Nothing. The door‑opening system is broken; I was locked out for an hour without being able to open the door, spent an hour and a half calling hotel staff with no reply, yet the checkout time was met by a minute. Trash.
