Rooms feature private bathrooms, flat‑screen TVs, microwaves, fridges, kettles and optional balconies. The Kursaal and Zurriola Beach are nearby; San Sebastián Airport is 16 km away.

The room was clean with a very comfortable bed; the location is great, very central and a short walk to Casco Viejo and La Concha beach.

The place is fantastic, overlooking the Cathedral, just minutes from Concha beach and the promenade, a 15‑minute walk to the old town, and the bed is comfortable with a small balcony, fridge, and microwave. The facilities are suitable for a 2‑star hotel, though the management markets it as a 4‑star. The room is very small, basic, with poor workmanship and finishes, and the bathroom especially needs improvement.

The location is superb, right in the heart of the old city with plenty of great dining options all around. The initial check‑in felt chaotic—no one seemed in charge, everyone was rushed and only half‑informed, and English was scarce, so brush up on Spanish or French. The staff were friendly, but the building is worn and cramped, more like a hostel than a hotel. If you just need a place to rest while exploring the city, it will do the job.
