Thank you Booking for helping me get a refund and the invoice, we fought for 8 days after my check‑out. The hygiene basics and hospitality need work, and the photos of room one don’t match what was advertised.

The spot is fantastic, right next to a metro stop that takes less than five minutes to Termini. The sheets weren’t changed during our week, and on Sunday, when the girl was free and a guy came, they only laid the sheets without smoothing out any wrinkles and just piled the quilt on top. The shower is tiny and the water has no pressure. The bathroom smelled awful, and it’s next to a very noisy street, which can be a problem for people who can’t sleep with noise.

The location was absolutely perfect, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Overall, a decent place to stay if you're mainly looking for somewhere to sleep. However, the rooms felt a little outdated and could use some renovation, especially the shower. The door didn't open fully, the fridge was quite noisy at night, and conversations from the hallway were easily heard in the morning. Breakfast was also pretty basic, with very limited options (croissant and coffee mostly) A few improvements would definitely make the experience much better!
