A cozy little house with everything you need for a walk along the Elfstedentocht trail. Quietly tucked in the host’s garden (a small chapel) in the tranquil village of Molkwerum. It’s great that there’s a mini‑fridge and kettle, since the village has no facilities in the off‑season or early week. The bed on the double bed is nice, and there’s a TV. The photos give a good idea. A generous breakfast was delivered each morning. A chatty but private stay. I liked the A4‑sized map of the village’s information panels.

The location is fantastic, the stay was great, and Fran’s hospitality was especially welcoming. It’s a perfect spot to book when walking the Zuiderzeepad. Highly recommended!
